Are rates per room or per person? Do they include taxes?
Our rates are per room and per night, they include buffet breakfast and service charge. VAT ( 10 % ) is included.

Do You accept credit cards?
We accept all kind of credit cards.

How can I book?
As a guarantee of the booking we require either a payment in advance that can be done by postal order or bank transfer, or the credit card data of the client (number and expiring date).
For on day bookings we require an available mobile phone number.
In particular low season times we require only an available phone number if the arrival is within 12.00.

Is there a time limit for the check-in and night coming back?
The hotel closes at 1:00 a.m. and it opens at 6:00 a.m., You must check-in within night closing time.
Clients are kindly asked to communicate a particular arrival time as soon as possible.
As the night coming back of our guests is concerned, there is no time limit, if it is after night closing time a key for gates opening will be given.

What time must rooms be left?
Room must be left within 11:00 AM, if possible and in particular situations we are more flexible.

Do You have an internet connection?
Free Internet wireless (wi-fi) in every rooms and common areas, high speed internet access (LAN) in Superior rooms is available for free too. Those who want to use LAN have to set their laptop in order to get the ip address automatically, a LAN cable is available at the reception.For those who are not provided with any wireless device, an USB preset kit is available. A caution for it is required (Euro 50,00), it will be given You back at the moment You will return the kit back.For further information please ask the reception.

How are double beds? – Beds sizes
We have no double mattresses but twin ones which are joined. Our single beds sizes are the following ones:
Length 190 cm – Width 80 cm

What time is breakfast?
We serve breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning. If required, we can serve it earlier.

What is served at breakfast?
Breakfast buffet offers an assorted choice of fresh sweet and salted brioches, supplied by our confidential pastry shop, rusks, rye bread, rusks with sesame, biscuits, cakes, sliced cold cuts and fresh cheese, fresh sandwiches, corn flakes, muesli, cocoa oven-popped rice, assorted jams, butter, honey, natural and fruit yoghurt. To clients allergic to farinaceous foods we serve rice biscuits up (asked in advance)Breakfast buffet is supplied with cold milk and fruits juices.
It is possible to taste a wide choice of teas at the tables. An authomatic machine for hot drinks.

Is it expensive to reach the hotel from the airport by taxi? Is the Shuttle more convenient?
The shuttle-service from/to the airport costs Euro 6,00 one-way, the taxi rate is about 15-20 Euro, obviously it depends on the traffic. We suggest the last solution if You are more than one person.

How far is the bus-stop to get to the City centre?
The bus stop is in via Corticella, less than 50 Mt. far from the hotel.

Are there restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets close to the hotel?
50-100 Mt. far from our hotel You can find many kinds of restaurants: pizzerias, high-level and medium level traditional restaurants and fish restaurants.
In addition there are an Indian, a Chinese and a Greek restaurant. A supermarket is there too.
